Piriformis Injection
The Piriformis is a muscle present in the buttocks and legs that allows us to walk and run. When it is inflamed or spasming, it can compress the sciatic nerve, which passes through the piriformis, resulting in severe pain around the glutes, lower back, and sometimes irradiating to the legs.
